About us
We manufacture and export wallets and other small leather goods. Our factory is located on the outskirts of Chennai (India), and are in this business activity for more than three decades.
Ours is a custom built, self-owned factory, which we established in the year 1996. The factory is housed in an RCC building with floor area of above 10,000 sqft built on a land area of 12,000 sqft, and having all the requisite machineries and infrastructure required for leather goods manufacturing.
The team of 60 employees is led by professional staff having 20 plus years of experience in the field of leather goods manufacturing. We are presently exporting to USA & South Africa.
Background
Our company was started in 1989 as a small leather goods manufacturing unit, in a rented building at Chennai, India.
We did local business for a period of 4 years till September 1993 – during this period we perfected the art of leather goods making, to the extent that, big time exporters in Chennai approached us for supply of their orders on FOB basis.
Further, as an extension to the above, we were recommended to buyers in New York for their leather goods supplies.
From the year 1993 to 2005 we were regularly exporting to the U.S. market. During this period we also exported our products to some customers in Canada and Germany. The clients to whom we were supplying our products during these years were : M/s Royal Accents, New York, M/s Bentley Leathers, Canada, M/s Gemcor International, USA, M/s CBM, Canada.
As part of the marketing, our CEO has travelled to several countries such as USA, Germany & South Africa. The international travel has been of much guidance, to get a good understanding of the client needs and also helped us to further our knowledge and understanding of the business.
Apart from the USA buyers to whom we are regularly supplying our wallets, we have been able create a niche in South Africa market since the year 2007.
The major customers to whom we are presently catering to are:
1. The Foschini Group, Cape Town, South Africa.
2. Frontier Co, Johannesburg, South Africa.
3. Supreme International, LLC, USA.
The range of products being supplied to our buyers include both Synthetic Leather Wallets and Genuine Leather Wallets.
Conclusively, we have gained international exposure and experience of 30 years in the field of leather goods manufacturing.
Our Specialization
We are one of the few manufacturers in the world with technical expertise to manufacture synthetic leather wallets - that look exactly like genuine leather wallets. The synthetic ( PU ) wallets manufactured by us have all the features of leather wallets - in terms of workmanship, looks, feel touch & many other features.
Existing factory setup
Our self-owned factory is located at Vandalur, Chennai. The factory is a 10,000 sqft RCC roofed structure constructed on land area of 12,000 sqft.
The location is such that, it is the centre for sourcing of the best leathers in the world.
Our leather sourcing is so strong that we can make a range of economy wallets as well as high end wallets.
Factory is located 15 kms from international airport & 35 kms from international seaport.
Presently, we are into manufacturing of both leather and synthetic leather wallets. On an average we manufacture about 800-1000 wallets per day. The wallets once manufactured, are finished and packed as per our export order requirements.
